Take me to Swan Valley for a wedding any day, especially if it's for a Mandoon Estate Wedding! The day started at the groom's parents' house where everything was very organised and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed (I guess that's what happens when you are very organised, there's less to panic about). The next and final stop was Mandoon Estate where Kiaya, our bride, was busy getting glammed up and pampered by her girls. (What a great idea from Mandoon Estate to add accommodation on their property.) Anyhow, while Kiaya seemed relaxed in the knowledge that everything was in place and that the day was going to be great, her dad appeared to be a bit less relaxed. There was such a clear theme at this wedding and it was great how it was pulled through from the invitations, to the ceremony, right through to the reception. The main table looked amazing!! I always get a bit nervous when I see candles, especially on the floor as I have been at a wedding where the bride's dress caught fire! True story! Luckily they were on it faster than you can even say fire and the damage was minor-ish, it still makes me nervous.
Join me on this little snapshot trip through the wedding day of Kiaya and Anthony at the beautiful Mandoon Estate.
